After graduating from Descartes High School in Antony with a BTS in Accounting and Management, Anne-Gaëlle focused on project management and graduated from the University of Evry with a Master's degree in International Cooperation and Solidarity. Following various experiences with national NGOs in France and abroad, notably in Tunisia and Togo, and with a socially responsible company in Cambodia, Anne-Gaëlle joined the FIACAT in February 2019, where she is in charge of the administrative and financial management of projects.

In particular, she is responsible for the budgetary, administrative and logistical monitoring of the FIACAT’s programme on the Abolition of the Death Penalty and the FIACAT’s country-based programme to Combat Abusive Pre-trial Detention in Chad.
