A political scientist and lawyer by training, specialized in international cooperation and human rights, Luisa has built her expertise around influencing strategies, managing complex programs and driving change to strengthen local civil society organizations and survivors.
Her background combines field experience (in Africa, Asia and Latin America) and international experience (as a representative to the EU and the United Nations for various NGOs) in the prevention and fight against torture, violence against children and women, migration and human trafficking.
She is currently in charge of communications and the FIACAT network.
At the same time, Luisa is a lecturer in the Master 2 Solidarity and International Action program at the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences (FASSE) at the Institut Catholique de Paris (ICP), where she teaches financing strategies for international solidarity projects, and is an expert for the European Commission on gender and human rights issues.
