The Human Rights Committee holds its 113th session in Geneva from the 16th of March until the 2nd of April.

FIACAT and ACAT Côte d’Ivoire wish to draw the experts of the Committee’s attention to a number of concerns. These concerns relate mainly to the extrajudicial executions and enforced disappearances, in particular during the post -election crisis but still committed nowadays, and on the absence of incrimination of torture in the Ivoirian Criminal Code and the impunity of those responsible for such acts.
