[UPR] FIACAT and ACAT France's concerns

Contribution of FIACAT and ACAT France to the third Universal Periodic Review of France.

The aim of the alternative report drafted by FIACAT and ACAT France is to assess the implementation of the recommendations and commitments made by France concerning the improvement of the human rights situation since the second Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of that country.

FIACAT and ACAT France wish to draw attention to a number of concerns. These concerns relate mainly to the use of force by French law enforcement officers, the situation of asylum seekers and refugees and the fight against impunity for international crimes.
